Ingredients

18 eggs
1 tsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
1 tbsp SIDS OUDTSHORN MUSTARD
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
cooked bacon

Directions

Place eggs in pot and cover with water. Bring water to a rolling boil and boil for 9 minutes. Run cold water over eggs until cool enough to touch then drain water from pot. Peel eggs under running water then dab dry with paper towel.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and gently scoop yellow yolks into medium size bowl.
Mix in SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD, OUDTSHORN MUSTARD and spices then mash well with fork.
Spoon mixture into quart size ziplock bag. Cut small hole in corner and squeeze out mixture into egg white halves.
Add bacon to the top, season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and serve.
