Ingredients
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp sugar
½ cup water
2 cloves garlic
1 chilli, chopped
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Directions
Combine the fish sauce, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, sugar and water in a saucepan and place on medium heat. Stir well and cook until just before boiling point is reached, then allow to cool. To serve, finely chop the garlic and chilli and stir through with the lime juice.
