Ingredients
1 cup fish sauce
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp water
½ tsp garlic powder
1 large dried red chilli, seeded & thin sliced
Directions
Blitz all the ingredients together, including SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR. Taste to ensure the sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavours are in balance. Adjust to taste.
