Ingredients
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp salt
½ tbsp coriander
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp cayenne
½ tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix it all together really well with SIDS CRAZY SALT– make sure to break up all the clumps of brown sugar. This makes enough to cover about 4 kg of meat really well. Keep in a sealed container.
