Ingredients

2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp sweet paprika
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp mustard powder
16 chicken wings, or more as needed
Cooking spray

Directions

Preheat air fryer to 175°C.
Whisk together brown sugar, SIDS CRAZY SALT, paprika, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, garlic powder, onion powder, poultry seasoning and mustard powder in a large bowl. Toss in chicken wings and rub the seasonings into them with your hands until fully coated.
Spray the basket with cooking spray.
Arrange wings in the basket of the air fryer, standing up on their ends and leaning against each other and the wall of the basket.
Cook until wings are tender inside and golden brown and crisp on the outside, about 35 minutes. Transfer wings to a plate and serve hot.
Hint: Instead of poultry seasoning, you can use a fine crumbled chicken OXO cube.
