Ingredients
4 eggs
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup broccolini or asparagus
⅓ cup bacon bits
⅓ cup rocket
⅓ cup orange bell peppers
Directions
Using a blender, combine the eggs, SIDS CRAZY SALT and cottage cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into the mould, leaving about a 5 mm space at the top. Sprinkle veggies, meats, and/or herbs into the egg bites. Cover the mould tightly using a lid or foil.
Fill the Instant Pot with half a cup of water and place the mould on the trivet. Secure the lid of the Instant Pot and flip it to the sealed position. Set the timer to 10 minutes and turn on the steam setting. Allow the Instant Pot to do a natural release.
Flip on the venting position to remove any remaining pressure in the Instant Pot. Once the pressure pin drops, safely remove mould. Take the egg bites out of the mould and enjoy.
