Ingredients

8 eggs
1 cup milk
⅓ cup flour
1 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 medium slices ham, chopped
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
1½ cup mozzarella cheese

Directions

Whisk the eggs with flour then whisk in the milk.
Pour the egg mixture into a 30 x 40 cm pan lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the top of the eggs with sautéed veggies, SIDS CRAZY SALT, ham, and ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese. Bake the eggs at 175°C for about 14 minutes until the edges are nearly set.
Top omelette with the remaining cheese and bake it for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Roll up the omelette while it's still hot out of the oven. Start at one of the shorter ends and peel off the baking paper as you go. Place the omelette roll on a platter and cut it into slices.
Serve immediately and enjoy the roll while the cheese is still melty.
