Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 large carrot, shredded
⅓ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup spring onion, diced
Directions
In a large frypan or a wok, cook ground beef and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE on medium-high heat until golden brown.
Add in cabbage and carrots to the pan. Cook until they soften, about 3-5 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss it all together.
Add in ginger and garlic, then cook for a few minutes. Toss in spring onions. Enjoy!
