Ingredients

500 g pork mince
2 tsp SIDS GARLIC SAUCE
1 tsp ginger powder
Peanut oil for frying
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp water
2 cups shredded cabbage
¼ cup shredded carrot
8 egg roll wrappers
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Mix mince with SIDS GARLIC SAUCE, ginger and garlic powder together thoroughly. Fry off mince until brown with no lumps, then set aside.
Combine flour and water in a bowl to a paste. In a separate bowl, combine the mince, cabbage and carrots and mix well.
Lay out 1 egg roll skin with a corner pointing towards you. Place ¼ cup of the mixture on the skin and fold the corner over the mixture. Fold other 2 corners towards the middle and roll up. Brush some flour paste on the last corner to help seal the roll.
In a large pan on medium-high, fry off the rolls, turning occasionally until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sesame seeds
