Ingredients
4 slices of bacon
4 tsp melted butter
4 eggs
4 small slices tasty cheese
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Place bacon in a large, deep frypan. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown, but still flexible. Wrap bacon slice around the inside of a muffin cup. Place a teaspoon of butter (or bacon fat) in the bottom of muffin cup. Drop in egg.
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Drizzle a few drops of SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE over the egg then cover with a slice of cheese and continue cooking until cheese is melted and egg is cooked.
