Ingredients
6 cheese muffins, cut into 1 cm cubes
340 g bacon, cut into small pieces
1½ cups fresh asparagus cut into 2 cm pieces
5 slices cheese, cut in thin strips
8 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 spring onions, chopped
2 packets of hollandaise sauce mix
Directions
Lightly grease a 22x33 cm baking dish.
Spread half of the muffin cubes in the bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle half of the bacon and half of the asparagus on top of the Muffin cubes. Scatter swiss cheese pieces on top of asparagus and bacon.
Repeat with remaining muffin cubes, bacon, and asparagus.
In a medium bowl whisk eggs, milk, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, onion powder, and paprika together.
Pour evenly over casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 175°C. Bake covered for 40 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and spring onions on top and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Serve with Hollandaise sauce.
