Ingredients
¼ cup rice bran oil
2 tbsp self-rising flour
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp chilli powder to taste
250 g Tuimato sauce
1½ cups water
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion salt
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a frypan over medium-high heat. Stir in flour and chilli powder, reduce heat to medium and cook until lightly brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning flour.
Gradually stir in Tuimato sauce, water, cumin, SIDS CRAZY SALT, garlic powder, onion salt into the flour and chilli powder until smooth. Continue cooking over medium heat approximately 10 minutes, until thickened slightly. Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
