Ingredients

2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
4 long sprigs of rosemary
4 small beef eye steaks

Directions

Mix oil, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste in a shallow dish.
Wrap a sprig of rosemary around each steak and secure with kitchen string. Place steaks in the marinade and coat well. Cover with wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
On a grill, brush with oil then cook steaks for 4 minutes, turning every 15 seconds, your desired doneness.
Serve with sautéed red onions, tomatoes, courgettes and backed potatoes.
