Ingredients
4 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE or
4 tbsp SIDS PLUM SAUCE
1 tbsp light soy
Rump steak
1 onion, sliced
1 orange capsicum, sliced
Flour tortillas, warmed
Directions
Combine liquids, including SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE or SIDS PLUM SAUCE and marinate steak for 2-3 hours. While grilling steak, pour marinade over peppers and onion then sauté until soft. Slice steak into thin slices against the grain. Mix with capsicum and onions. Fill flour tortillas and roll.
