Ingredients
500 g gravy beef, cubed
500 g frozen or fresh green beans
500 g crushed tomatoes
120 g canned tomato purée
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp ground coriander
⅛ ground allspice
8 cups beef stock
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
In a large saucepan, brown meat with olive oil. Add onions and garlic then sauté. Add SIDS CRAZY SALT, crushed tomatoes, stirring well with meat, garlic and onion. Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER and remaining ingredients with the beef stock then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, until meat is tender and done. The sauce should thicken as it cooks. If it does not, add ½ cup of flour.
Serve with white rice.
