Ingredients
1 kg feijoas, fine sliced
500 g onions, fine chopped
300 g raisins, coarse chopped
500 g dates, pitted, coarse chopped
500 g sugar, brown
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp ginger, ground
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cloves, ground
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
4 tsp salt
4 cups malt vinegar
Directions
Combine SIDS CRAZY SALT and all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1½-2 hours until thick, stirring often.
