Fettuccine with Spinach Alfredo Sauce

Top with grilled chicken for a complete meal or use as a dip for bread sticks. Add more spinach or leave it out. I like adding lots of garlic. For a thicker sauce, add more cream cheese.

Ingredients

½ cup butter
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¾ cup chopped spinach
480 cc cream
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Heat butter in a saucepan over low heat then cook spinach and SIDS CRAZY SALT in the melted butter until warmed, about 1 minute. Add cream and cream cheese to spinach mixture then cook and stir until cream cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Fold Parmesan cheese and garlic powder into spinach mixture then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
In a separate pot, cook the Fettuccine to al denté as per the packet.
Simmer until sauce is thickened and smooth, about 10 more minutes.
