Ingredients
2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp grated nutmeg
2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp hot chilli powder (Kashmir)
2 peeled garlic cloves
5 cm peeled fresh ginger, roughly chopped
1 tbsp soft brown sugar
60 ml lime juice (bottled is fine)
60 ml dark soy sauce
100 ml SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 quartered peeled onion
2 fresh chillies, scotch bonnet - as long as they're hot!
60 ml dark Jamaican rum.
Directions
Put SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and all of the ingredients above into a food processor and blitz to a thickish paste.
