Ingredients
500 g brill
Instant mashed potato flakes
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp milk
1 pinch SIDS SALT & PEPPER, to taste
Rice bran oil, to deep fry
¼ lemon
Directions
Mix egg, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and milk together. Dip the fish into the mixture then press in instant mashed potato flakes. (for extra crispy, dip into egg & potato flakes again) Fry to golden then drain on paper towels.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon, chips or on your favourite toast. Season with more SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
