Ingredients

700 g Agria potatoes, cut in wedges
rice bran oil spray
½ cup yoghurt
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1 tsp wasabi, to taste
4 cups ready-made slaw, drained (KFC is best)
3 tbsp sunflower seeds, dry roasted
4 tbsp wasabi peas
4x 150 g firm white fish fillets (gurnard)
1 tbsp butter, for frying
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cook potatoes, covered, in a microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Transfer to an oven tray lined with oil sprayed baking paper. Bake for 25 minutes until golden, turning once.
Meawhile, combine yoghurt, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and wasabi then stir through the slaw. Add sumflower seeds and wasabi peas.
Cook fish in butter, turning, until just cooked through.
Serve with chips and slaw, garnished with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
