Ingredients
500 g gurnard, diced into chunks
1 onion, sliced
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste
400 ml coconut milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place gurnard into an baking dish. Layer on the onion slices. Pour over the coconut milk. Sprinkle on SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cayenne. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with boiled taro or kumara.
