Ingredients

500 g cheap white fish
50 g butter
1½ tbsp flour
1 small tin green NZ asparagus, drained but save juice
6 stalks fresh asparagus, chopped
3 boiled eggs, chopped
½ cup grated cheese
1 cup milk
SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Boil eggs, cool then peel & chop. Melt butter in a pot then stir in flour until well mixed. Remove from heat and whisk in milk and asparagus juice. Return to heat and whisk until thick. Add chopped asparagus, eggs and cheese.
Cook fish parcels as per recipe. (Fresh Fish Parcels) (SIDS CRAZY SALT can be used in place of SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB). Remove fish from parcels to plates, smother with the sauce and serve with fresh bread. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER as required.
