Ingredients
125 g butter, softened
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
4 thick fish steaks
1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 orange capsicum, quartered
1 yellow capsicum, quartered
4 zucchini, sliced lengthways
Directions
Mix the butter, garlic and basil together. Roll into a log on some wrap then refrigerate. Brush the steaks both sides with oil then sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes before cooking. Place vegetables and fish on a well oiled hot grill.
Serve with a sprinkle of SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR.
