Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 egg
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
½ cup yoghurt
1 garlic clove, minced
Parsley
Lemon juice to taste
1 avocado (or guacamole)
2 cups purple cabbage, fine shredded
Rice bran oil, for frying
500 g white fish cut in strips, ½ length of wrap
1 packet of wraps
Directions
Make batter using the top 4 ingredients (or use your own favourite recipe but use 2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON instead of salt) then refrigerate until cold. Mix the next 5 ingredients together, including SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, to make a cream. Assemble the wraps with the cabbage, avocado and cream. Cook fish and place on top, add lemon juice and fold up the bottom then the sides and enjoy!
