Ingredients
500 g blade steak
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp raw bush honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Combine SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, olive oil, honey, Dijon, garlic powder, SIDS SALT & PEPPER in a bowl or plastic bag.
Add the flat iron steak to the bag and seal, or place the steak in a shallow glass baking dish and pour the marinade over the steak and turn to coat.
Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove steaks and pour the marinade into a small pot.
Place pot on a medium heat and reduce marinade to a thick jus.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Season beef with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Grill 6-10 minutes, turning every 20 seconds, to 57°C for medium rare or to desired doneness.
Remove steaks and let rest 5 minutes, slice thinly across the grain, cover with the jus, then serve.
