Ingredients
1 kg flounder fillets
½ tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup diced fresh tomato
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Arrange flounder in a medium baking dish. Dot with butter, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Top with tomato, basil and SIDS CRAZY LEMON.
Cover and bake 30 minutes in oven, until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
