How t is this football cheese ball? Filled with onion and chive dip, loaded with bacon and cheese on some crackers - the best. Great for an All Black test.

Ingredients

900 g Onion & Chive Cream Cheese
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 tbsp spring onions
2 cups cooked crumbled bacon
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1-2 slices cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pkt crackers

Directions

In a medium size bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, SIDS CRAZY SALT, and garlic powder.
Using your hands, shape mixture into a football. Coat the entire football with the crumbled bacon. If it is too wet, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it into the fridge to harden more. Then shape and unwrap before serving.
Cut cheese into slices and place on top as the “stitching”. Chop spring onions and place around the football. (This represents the grass)
Serve with crackers. Can be made up the night before and stored in an airtight container.
