Ingredients

8 eggs
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Splash of milk
1 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 orange pepper (capsicum), finely minced
½ red onion, finely minced
4 pieces of thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy
SIDS SALT & PEPPER, to taste
4 wraps

Directions

Place oil and minced garlic in a medium sauce-pan. Turn to medium-high heat and cook until oil is heated. In a large bowl, whisk 8 eggs, SIDS CRAZY SALT and a splash of milk. Set aside. Add in orange pepper and onion to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until onions begin to turn translucent. Add in eggs, SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and sauté for 3-5 minutes until cooked.
Place ¼ of the egg mixture and a piece of cooked bacon on top of a wrap, then sprinkle with cheese. Wrap tightly. EAT.
