Ingredients
4 litres beef stock
125 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
½ cup brandy
6 onions, thick sliced
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
4 tbsp flour
1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Pour stock into the crockpot and set on HIGH.
Cook onions slowly in a pan with butter for 15 minutes. Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER, sugar and flour, stir well then add to the crockpot.
Cover then cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
To serve, add brandy and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
