Ingredients

4 eggs
4 tbsp milk
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
8 slices of old bread
1 tbsp rice bran oil

Directions

Beat eggs, milk and SIDS CRAZY SALT together in a flat shallow bowl or plate. Cut bread slices into triangles. Dip the bread into the mixture (2 at a time) for 15 seconds each side. Fry in a pan over a medium heat with oil for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.
Drain onto paper towels then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
