French Toast with Maple Syrup & Bacon

Ingredients

12 rashers streaky bacon
3 eggs
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
3 thick slices of bread
75g butter
Maple syrup, to drizzle

Directions

Grill the bacon until crisp and keep warm. Lightly whisk eggs, stir in SIDS CRAZY SALT and put in a shallow dish.
Dip bread slices in the egg and press gently to help it absorb. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bread for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Cut each slice of bread into two triangles and top each with two slices of bacon and a good drizzle of maple syrup.
