French Toast with Maple Syrup & Bacon

Ingredients

12 rashers streaky bacon
3 eggs
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
3 thick slices of bread
75g butter
Maple or Golden syrup, to drizzle

Directions

Grill the bacon until crisp and keep warm. Lightly whisk eggs, stir in SIDS CRAZY SALT and put in a shallow dish.
Dip bread slices in the egg and press gently to help it absorb. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bread for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Cut each slice of bread into two triangles or rectangles and top each with two slices of bacon and a good drizzle of maple syrup.
