Ingredients

2 cups fresh basil leaves
⅓ cup pine nuts
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 large garlic cloves minced
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup SIDS SPRING ONION OIL
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

In a food processor, combine basil with pine nuts. Pulse 4 times.
Add in garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT and cheese, then pulse 3 more times. Scrape the sides and pulse again.
Turn the food processor on low and slowly pour in SIDS SPRING ONION OIL and olive oil into the mixture. Blend until the mixture is creamy. You may need to stop a few times to scrape the sides.
Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
