2 fillets Hoki
SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
Oven paper
Directions
Cut fish to serving size. Cut paper to wrap 'fish n chip' style. Drizzle ⅛ tsp of oil and a shake of SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB on the paper then lay on fish. Wrap fish and dry fry for 3 minutes per side.
Serve in the wrap and enjoy!
