Ingredients
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
¼ cup icing sugar, to taste
2 tbsp water
½ tsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cornflour
Directions
Combine strawberries, sugar, 2 tbsp water and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR in a saucepan then simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Whisk 2 tbsp water and cornflour in a small bowl. Whisk cornflour mixture into strawberry mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, 1-2 minutes then remove from heat. Transfer mixture to a blender and purée until smooth.
