Ingredients
4 small eggs
2 rashers of bacon
1 orange capsicum
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Cut rashers of bacon in half to snugly fit inside a sliced ring of capsicum.
Lightly oil a large non-stick frypan over a medium heat. Place capsicum rings in the pan to cook for 1 minute each side. Place the bacon inside the capsicum rings and cook for 1 minute.
Crack an egg onto the bacon, cover with a lid then cook until the egg is to your taste.
Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and enjoy.
Note: for extra flavour, sprinkle ⅛ tsp of SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR over the egg before seasoning.
