1 kg fresh okra, sliced
SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Olive oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Soak okra in SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR for about 1 hour. Remove and pat dry.
Fry in olive oil until crisp then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and serve.
