Delicious beef cubes that offer a variety of flavours and are usually the first to go at any dinner. Serve o bed of lettuce, onions and tomatoes with white Jasmine or Thai sticky rice, if desired.

Ingredients

1 kg beef tenderloin, cut in cubes
MARINADE:--
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 large cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste
1 tbsp Cabernet Sauvignon wine
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp New York Cut pepper, or more to taste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 drops sesame oil, or more to taste
DIPPING SAUCE:--
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp New York Cut pepper
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste

Directions

MARINADE:
Put beef cubes in a container with a lid. Whisk oil, oyster sauce, garlic, wine, fish sauce, pepper, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil together in a bowl until marinade is well mixed then pour over beef to marinate, 10-30 minutes.
DIPPING SAUCE:
Whisk fish sauce, lemon juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and pepper together in a bowl until dipping sauce is well mixed.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat then add beef and marinade. Cook and stir beef mixture, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, and 4 cloves minced garlic together in hot oil until beef is cooked through and sauce begins to thicken, 5-10 minutes. Adding garlic over several times during cooking will produce a better mix of flavours.
Serve beef alongside dipping sauce.
