1 kg baby carrots
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Preheat your oven to 190°C.
Add the baby carrots to a baking dish. Combine the melted butter with the garlic powder and dried parsley and drizzle it over the carrots, tossing well to coat. Sprinkle with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes until the carrots are just barely fork tender.
Serve immediately.
