Ingredients
450g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
SIDS SALT & PEPPER, to taste
2 tbsp (28 g) butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup (120 ml) beef stock
½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream
½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Season steak bites with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Heat butter in a frypan over medium-high heat.
Add steak bites and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same pan until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Deglaze the pan with beef stock, scraping up browned bits.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened, 3-5 minutes.
Return steak bites to the pan and coat with the sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
