Ingredients
200 g chicken breast
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp curry powder
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 chicken OXO cubes
4 cloves garlic
1 birds eye chilli, fine chopped
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
½ tsp dried thyme
½ a lemon
¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
Directions
Cube the chicken and place in a container. To this, add turmeric, curry, SIDS CRAZY SALT, OXO cubes, garlic, chilli, rosemary and thyme. Add the yoghurt and a splash of fresh lemon juice. Mix this all together and let it marinate for about two hours.
If making whole chicken pieces, (wings/drumsticks) the marination should take longer so that all the flavours can sink in. 24 hours or more should be ideal.
For skewers, since the meat is in pieces and plenty of the surface area is exposed, 2 hours is adequate.
The OXO cubes have salt in them already, so if you have to add some salt, go easy.
Cook on BBQ until chicken is brown.
