Ingredients
2 cups EV olive oil
1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Simmer oil with garlic cloves and SIDS CRAZY SALT in a 1 litre saucepan over medium-low then cook until garlic is tender, 35-40 minutes. Let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
