Ingredients
1 cup butter, soft but not melted
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp chives, minced
3 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, minced
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Mince SIDS CRAZY SALT and all the herbs and garlic into tiny pieces.
Place butter in a medium size bowl. Add herbs, garlic, and salt. Stir to combine together.
Place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Place spoonfuls of butter into the centre of the plastic. Roll it up into a log, about 4 cm thick. Seal the edges and transfer into the fridge.
