Ingredients

1 kg salmon fillet
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
3 tbsp fresh dill
4 tbsp butter, softened
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT, adjust to taste
¼ cup orange juice

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, butter, garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT, and orange juice.
Soften the butter to room temperature first to make it easier to create a smooth spread.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place salmon fillets on top. Top off each piece with a hefty spoon of herb garlic butter.
Bake salmon at 210°C for about 15 minutes. Use a fork to check if the fish flakes apart easily to ensure it has cooked all the way through. Check that the internal temperature has reached 63°C at the thickest part of the fillet if you are unsure.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
