Ingredients
500 g NZ green-lipped mussels, no shell
1 small onion minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp rice bran oil
5 tbsp sour cream
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
Directions
Heat oil in a frypan then add onion and cook, stirring occasionally until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add mussels and cook stirring from time to time for 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and garlic and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
