Ingredients

250 g sirloin steak
4 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic, thin sliced
1 large onion, thin sliced
½ cup white wine
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Trim fat then cut steak into schnitzel slices and sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT. Lay the garlic on one side of the steaks. Using a tenderising mallet, 'nail' the garlic to the steak by pounding it into the meat. Repeat on the reverse side.
Melt 3 tbsp of butter in a frypan. Fry each steak in the butter for 2 minutes, turning every 15 seconds. Transfer to a dish then cover.
Melt the remaining butter in the same pan then add onions and sauté until golden. Transfer the onions to the dish with the steak. Pour wine into the pan and with a wooden spatula, scrape up the caramelised coating on the bottom of the pan. Raise heat to medium-high and reduce the sauce by half. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Return the beef & onions to the sauce and heat for 1 minute. Serve on crusty rolls.
