Ingredients

450 g Brussels sprouts, rinsed
3 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts, and slice each sprout in half, top to bottom. Prepare a large baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Toss gently to coat the sprouts evenly.
Place the sprouts on the prepared baking tray, spreading evenly into one layer. Bake on the centre rack for 25-30 minutes – adjust the time depending on your oven, the vegetables should be golden brown.
Transfer the sprouts to a large serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy.
