Ingredients
8 medium gherkins, patted dry
500 g cream cheese, softened
16 thin slices ham
½ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
Directions
Pat dry the meat with a paper towel. Mix SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB with the cream cheese then spread on each meat slice. Place a gherkin on the cream cheese and roll gently. Secure the meat with 2 toothpicks (evenly spaced) then refrigerate overnight.
Slice the gherkins in half crossways then serve on a platter.
