Ingredients

1.5 kg corned silverside, evenly shaped
1-2 stubbies Bundaburg Ginger Beer
½ orange
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
2 cloves peeled garlic, crushed (optional)
SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD, to serve

Directions

Spray the bowl with oil and turn the cooker on to LOW.
Rinse beef and place in the cooker. Pour in ginger beer to half cover the meat.
Cut the unpeeled orange into several slices and add to the cooker along with the cinnamon stick (broken into several pieces) and cloves. Add garlic, if using.
Cook for about 8 hours then drain and slice.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, a rich cheese sauce and SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD in a ramekin.
