750 g chicken drumsticks
5 cm piece ginger, peeled & chopped
5 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped
1½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp bush honey
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch of five-spice powder


Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels then rub with ginger and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir to mix well so the drumsticks are nicely coated with all the ingredients, including SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Set aside to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.
Pre-heat the oven to 190°C. Place chicken on a tray lined with baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes in the middle of the oven, until the surface turn golden brown, slightly charred and inside is cooked through. Serve warm.
