Ingredients
4 gurnard fillets
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 cm long piece of ginger, cut into fine matchsticks
6 spring onions, cut on the diagonal into 1 cm pieces
¼ cup GF soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Sprinkle SIDS CRAZY LEMON over the fish, leave for 5 minutes then bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on size.
In a small frypan, heat peanut oil until it is very hot. Add ginger and cook stirring constantly for 1 minute until it is fragrant. Add spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir over low heat just to warm it through.
Set cooked fish fillets over white rice and spoon sauce on top of the fillets.
